ORLANDO, FL -- MortgageFlex Systems, Inc., a provider of integrated mortgage automation software, and a la mode, which has developed and deployed an XSites Network of thousands of originators, vendors and other participants in the mortgage transaction, announced they would pursue a working relationship whereby MortgageFlex LoanQuest users would have custom access to the thousands of mortgage services vendors comprising the XSites Network.
Through this planned strategic partnership, a la mode will design a custom plugin interface to a la mode’s XSite Order Manager, a desktop application that manages critical parts of mortgage transactions performed by appraisers and other vendors. Users of LoanQuest, which consists of separate yet integrated products and is the industry’s first fully integrated product suite, will have real time access to a la mode’s thousands of appraiser desktops, custom compliance rules, XML data, electronic status updates, and other interconnectivity benefits of a la mode’s Mortgage XSites, Appraiser XSites, Agent XSites and Inspector XSites.
“MortgageFlex is always looking for ways to improve our clients’ productivity,” said Craig Bechtle, MortgageFlex Product Manager. “Our most recent technology relationship with a la mode will provide additional capabilities to streamline their business processes and improve operating efficiencies.”
“a la mode’s XSite Order Manager allows appraisers, agents, brokers, loan officers and inspectors to more effectively and efficiently do business with one another,” said Jennifer Miller, a la mode’s Special Projects Manager. “MortgageFlex’s flagship LoanQuest suite shares a philosophy with our XSites Network: Removing barriers to doing business results in more business and more profits for our users. MortgageFlex and a la mode will both realize that goal through this planned partnership.”
